Yo !
Today got Netball again .
Yesterday ALSO have .
But I don't mind because it is only for the juniors .
Haha , no offence .
We had the basics lah .
Like the splise or scrise , wadever .
And the ball-throwing .
After that Coach taught us how to shoot .
I wad the 'dummy' .
A very dummy 'dummy' .
Is like you have to raise ur hand until ur ear there ,
then hold the ball with ur fingertips .
Den the 2nd time where I have to bend down my knees ,
the ball accidentally dropped onto Coach face !
OMG , I was SUPER MALU lo !
I was like ' Sorry Coach , sry sry sry ! '
Then she stared at me and say " aiyoh , go away lah "
I was super sad lo . TT.TT
But nvm I knew she say fun fun .
Den still donno why pick me again .
When she say to the ear , I go place the ball beside my ear .
Stupid lo , actually is lift up ur hands beside ur ear .
Then waa , my team-mates was like laughing away lo !
I was totally irritated and said " If you think is funny den u try lah ! "BAIBAI`Fishhyy♥
As in a joking way . Then Coach laugh also .
Haha , we nvr had so much fun .
Den after that we had game .
1st round and 2nd round my team lose .
Not say my team-mates very lan lah ,
is the other team very PRO sia !
1st round I think I am GK .
2nd round also GK .
I and Melody was like , argueing and saying .
Lols .
The 3rd round not bad lah ,
mixed .. I tink
Coz got Chia Yi .
Did I spelled correctly ?
Haha , den I am GA .
I like that position !
Coz can run like 2/3 of the court den still can shoot !
I love that man !
I quite good at shooting and snatching ball lah
I got techniqe derh .
Hehe ..
I think I won ..
THe next round I became GS .
The Gk was Jasmine .
Den got one time right , I wanna shoot ,
den suddenly Jasmine touch my Pigu leh !
I was like ... -.- !!
OMG .. She say accidentally one ..
I pretend that I say she purposely .
Haha ..
After that round we compete with the seniors .
Doomsday .
No lah , jkjk .
I became GK .
Coach arrange one .
But I wan GA !!! Nooo
So i block here , block there ,
Den suddely I wanna retrieve the ball ,
I fell down !
Omg ... TT.TT
Got blood , but not so much lah .
Luckily got Nina and Linglin .
Who are St.Johns .
Heh heh .
Wash leg , den warm down , den Coach tok to us
She said " Next month when you come back ,
all of you will compete with Evergreen Primary . "
I was like totally shocked leh !
I not happy at all !
You think they smaller den us den we sure win .
NOO !
Think about it ,
They train Netball like , since primary 3 ? or 4 .
At least 3 years .
But us leh ?! ! year also don have erh .
Waaaaaa ..
Bully arh ..
Although some of my team are ex-netballers ..
Nvm , I still think we can win !
But Coach say they very strong ..
TT.TT

I must train during this month .

Ni hao .
Today I have NAPFA .
Tiring sia !
I think I failed my pull-ups and Standing broad jump .
My pull up I got 8 .
PATHETIC RIGHT ?!?!
Because the handle is very hot and is higher den primary school . TT
Standing broad jump I 149 .
One more till 150 sia !
Actually I wanna re-take , but Siti go return already lo !
Wad the hell ,
because she wanna go back home early .
Nvr ask us .
HMPHH .

I tot my partner help me cheat u know .
OMG ..
Den when in pull up , Jianxiong help Patrick cheat lo !
Instead of 10 , Jianxiong say 20 .

HellooooOOO .
Today I have Netball .
The weather is not very good , rains .
You all think raining very ,
but its not .
More worse than sunny day .
You know wad we did ?
Until the 4th levels has a total of 6 flight of stairs ,
we have to run up and down ,
first is one step ; do 3 sets .
Second is 2 steps ; do 3 sets .
Third is 3 steps ; also do 3 steps .
Eh then the next one is conbine .
1 ,2, 3, 1, 2, 3 ....
2 sets . Phew
Then in hall we play games .
The 1st one is u get a partner .
The partner lift up your leg and you use ur hand to walk ,
Or rather I say , run .
Its very tiring .
But serene very fast you know !
Almost I fall .

The next one is ball competition ,
do the throwing , throw the ball clap 3 times ,
and many I forgot .
The next game is dog and bones .
COOL !
Coach like to mess up .
Wad wear spectacle ;
with Nike shoes ;
Multiples of 2 ;
Multiples of 1 .
Dorts ..
Den after that we do warm down .
Very fun .
Really very fun .

I know I long time nvr update liao
So I today up date lo !

Today veri boring ,
nothing to do !
Actually yesteday got Speech Day and going to Bugis
Go bugis celebrate Eve's B`day lah .
Den suddenly she sick !
Wad the hell ?
So the whole thing was cancelled .
So freaking pissed off lo !
Speech day I donno wad time have to reach the school .
Then I nvr go , haha .
Waaa , I just ate Mee Goreng and I have the runs .
stomach pain sia .
Still donno wad to do lehh ..
Mid-Year exam coming ..
So have to study study and study .
